Shipping Information


We offer all UPS shipping services for in-stock products within the U.S.: Ground Shipping, Second Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping. Each order will include a $2.00 handling fee to cover the cost of packaging and material.


Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be noted per item during the checkout process or you may estimate shipping costs from the cart before checkout. We will automatically default to the least expensive method of shipping available, but you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to an expedited service during the checkout process. If Ground Shipping is not available for the item you selected, your shipping level will default to Second Day Shipping.

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the level of shipping service selected i.e. Ground, Second Day, Next Day.

Shipping Carrier:

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, we partner with shipping industry leader UPS. Items requested to ship Second Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping will be shipped by UPS.
Note: Shipments to P.O. boxes can only be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping. You may also be limited to one or two shipping options for larger items, for shipments to certain destinations, and for certain oversized items ( that require delivery.)
Return Policy
FirstLuv US online purchases may be returned within 30 days of sale transaction date. Items must be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Center.

A refund of the price of the item will be issued in the form of credit to the credit card used on the purchase. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Instructions
Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return.
  1. Send the item in its original packaging.
  2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
  3. Include a copy of the packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip.
  4. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
  5. Unless a different return address is specified on your packing slip, all returns should be sent to the following address:

Damaged or Defective Products

Manufacturer’s Warranties
